Fundraising through ongoing fundraising activities and donations is central to everything FOGLC does. Funding is used to buy equipment, support training and regatta activities, provide program scholarships to families and individuals who otherwise could not afford to participate in GLC’s programs and activities, and support other worthy rowing related programs and activities. Through the generosity of our supporters, it is also FOGLC’s goal to provide college scholarships to selected GLC junior crew participants who wish to continue their competitive rowing careers in college.
